This is the one people underestimate. A third floor tenement flat with a turn in the stairwell takes far longer than a ground floor house with a driveway. Narrow closes, permit zones and the need for a parking suspension all add time.
3. Distance
A move across Glasgow is usually priced on time. A long distance move adds fuel, driving hours and sometimes an overnight stay.
4. The size of the crew
More people on the job means a shorter day. The right crew size depends on the volume and the stairs.
5. Extra services
